I used to think that I needed 8 hours of sleep and I needed three alarm clocks to wake me up in the morning… My bloodstream were polluted, my energy level was tainted… Can you relate? Does this seem familiar?

And now, I go to sleep late at night and wake up after 5 or 6 hours of sleep feeling absolutely vibrant, strong and energized. My physiology allows me to mobilize all my physical and mental abilities.
